Questions, feedback, bug reports, and partnership inquiries are all welcome. The site is operated by a small team, so please allow a few business days for a response.
What to Email About
- Bug reports — something not working as expected? Please include the page URL, your browser and operating system, and a short description of what happened.
- Content feedback — corrections to stroke order, character data, or guide articles. We appreciate the help.
- Feature requests — tell us what you’d like to see. We can’t promise to build everything, but we read every message.
- Billing and subscription questions — for paid plans (currently Japanese Plus). See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Privacy and data requests — access, correction, and deletion of your personal data. Account deletion is self-serve from My Page → Settings; email us for anything the self-serve flow doesn’t cover.
- Partnerships and collaborations — educators, content creators, and language-learning tools that align with our mission.
Response Time
We aim to reply within 3–5 business days. Complex technical questions or content corrections may take longer. If you have not heard back within 10 business days, please resend your message — it may have been caught by a spam filter.
